Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients. Focus on search, video, and display campaigns. Implement effective bidding strategies for maximum results.
  • Ensure optimal budget allocation and practical ad placements across search, video, and display channels.
  • Implement robust conversion tracking mechanisms. Set up conversion goals and track key metrics accurately.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad variations, landing pages, and targeting parameters. Identify areas for optimization and implement strategic changes for improved KPIs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, strategies, and target audience, maintaining strong relationships and proactively addressing inquiries and campaign concerns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients. Regularly communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ Years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns in the IT Services Industry, specifically in search, video, and display.
  • Require experience in diverse international markets across various domains.
  • Ability to design marketing campaigns and initiatives with a defined ROI within a stipulated period and measure success after the period to give performance reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in Meta Ads would be preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing campaigns for maximum performance and ROI across search, video, and display channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Google Ads Video, Google Ads Display) are necessary.
