Senior SEO Specialist

Role Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Senior SEO Specialist to own and scale Sundew’s organic and digital growth initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can also execute, build, and mentor a team, and drive measurable ROI across all digital channels.

You will be responsible for strengthening Sundew’s digital presence and delivering high-impact marketing outcomes for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO & Organic Growth Leadership

• Define and execute an end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page).
• Drive advanced SEO initiatives, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), to align with evolving search ecosystems.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to improve rankings and traffic.
• Optimize website architecture, performance, and crawlability.
• Leverage AI-powered SEO platforms to identify search intent, optimize content strategies, predict keyword trends, and enhance search visibility across traditional and AI-driven search engines.
• Develop AI-optimized content strategies to improve discoverability across Generative AI platforms

2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social, content, email, etc.).
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on generating leads and driving conversions.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Utilize AI-driven marketing tools to automate campaign planning, audience segmentation, content personalization, and performance optimization.

3. ROI & Performance Ownership

• Own key performance metrics, including traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, and ROI.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Present performance reports and actionable insights to leadership and clients.
• Apply AI-driven analytics and predictive insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC), forecast campaign performance, and improve marketing ROI.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor for clients on SEO and digital growth initiatives.
• Advise clients on emerging AI-powered SEO, search experience optimization, and Generative AI trends to strengthen their digital marketing strategy and competitive positioning.

5. Team Building & Leadership

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing SEO and digital marketing team.
• Establish best practices, processes, and frameworks for execution excellence.
• Drive AI adoption across the marketing team by establishing best practices, evaluating emerging AI tools, and mentoring team members on AI-assisted SEO and digital marketing workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6 to 8 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in modern-day SEO, including technical SEO and content strategy.
• Strong understanding of AEO/GEO and evolving AI-driven search trends.
• Experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, etc.).
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered SEO and marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity AI, Microsoft Copilot, etc
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and growth metrics.
• Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Master’s degree (MBA with specialization in Marketing / Digital Marketing) preferred
