Quality Analyst (QA)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to assess compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to quality.
- Collaborate with teams to address identified quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on quality metrics and performance.
- Assist in the training of team members on quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT is a must along with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Automation Testing (Selenium)
- Exposure to working in Agile and Scrum environments is a plus.
- Prior experience in working on JIRA & slack is an added advantage.
- Having client handling experience would be an added advantage.
