Presales Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Need to own the end-to-end pre sales processes, starting from lead generation to management of the same.
  • Work closely with the Digital team to generate potential leads from the addressable markets.
  • Should understand clients' diverse, specific business needs and apply the company’s service knowledge to meet the same.
  • Respond to Enterprise and Government RPFs.
  • Manage and work with CRM Solutions like Pipedrive.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage with prospects for lead generation.
  • Experience in Presales Management working with different Stakeholders in IT services
  • Provide pre-sales support including drafting presentations, demonstrations, and budget/cost estimations.

Required skill set:

  • Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience working in an IT Services Industry
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear & concise messages.
  • Well-versed with recent industry trends in the digital transformation space across key geographies like India, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East.
  • Exposure to social media engagement is a must.
  • Proficient in written & verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience in handling international clients and partner management.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must (B. Tech / BCA / BSc-IT/Computers)
  • Master’s degree will be an added advantage. (MBA-Marketing)
