Full Stack Developer

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, take ownership of solution design, and contribute to technical decision-making. You will also have opportunities to guide and mentor developers, ensure code quality and scalability, and support seamless delivery across the software development lifecycle. Exposure to AI-driven automation and optimization initiatives will enable you to work on innovative, future-ready solutions while continuously enhancing your technical expertise. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable full stack solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and deliver features.
• Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Perform peer code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior team members.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation.
• Stay updated with modern JavaScript frameworks, tools, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack JavaScript development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with at least one front-end framework such as React or Angular.
• Exposure to Next.js is an added advantage.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of SQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Git, code versioning, and collaborative development workflows.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented corporate environment.
