As we embark on a journey of expansion, we are actively seeking dynamic and experienced Business Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in client-facing activities, conducting deep-dive sessions to identify business problems and drive the allocation of business resources for technology development, consulting, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive sessions with clients to identify and understand business problems, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
- Work closely with USA-based customers and accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding the nuances of the local market.
- Take a lead role in product development initiatives at an enterprise level, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement effective feedback strategies for clients, facilitating continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Articulate complex problem statements into practical technology solutions, ensuring clear communication and understanding across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure a seamless transition from business requirements to technical implementation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically in product development initiatives at an enterprise level.
- Hands-on experience working with USA-based customers and accounts, demonstrating cultural understanding and effective communication.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for documentation, requirement gathering, and feedback strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
