Project Coordinator

As we expand, we seek a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our projects, client communication, and actively contribute to our organization’s overall growth and success. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Communication:

  • Efficiently coordinate project management activities, ensuring smooth workflow and team communication.
  • Act as a liaison with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist in schedule management to optimize project efficiency.
     

Client-Facing Communication:

  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing evolving project needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve any impediments and ensure smooth project flow.
     

Budget and Risk Analysis:

  • Assist in budget preparation and analyze risks and opportunities associated with the project.
  • Monitor project progress closely and address any issues or obstacles that arise, promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst for in-depth project requirement understanding and seamless implementations.

Coordination and Delivery:

  • Leverage a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in project management (non-technical)/coordination, from conception to delivery, to guide the development team on client-side requirements and also communicate and update the client based on the progress of work.
  • Contribute to monitor and manage delivery and priority  roadmaps for individual projects and the organization.

Required Skill Sets:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/technology-related fields.
  • Minimum 4+ years of project coordination experience.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Proficient in project management tools - JIRA or Similar
  • Proficient in Excel and Excel automation for reporting and tracking.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodology.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-facing communication experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.
